1. Student-Initiated Cancellation If a student cancels the training on their own decision, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Course Access & Digital Content Once course access is granted: No refund will be applicable for recorded courses No refund for digital content, labs, or certifications

3. Live Training Programs If the academy cancels a live training program, a full refund will be issued No refund will be provided for: Missed classes Partial attendance Personal or scheduling issues from the student side

4. Exceptional Technical Issues Refund requests due to verified technical issues from the academy’s side may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The final decision will rest with Codevirus Security Academy.

5. Refund Processing Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
